Comfort Zones

Lauren's comfort zones: Comfortable shoes. Small social gatherings. Being behind the camera instead of in front of it (we're still working on that one)...you get the idea.

Not Lauren's comfort zones: Rompers. Bright colors. Attention.

I would classify myself right in between being an introvert and an extrovert. Someone who has no problem meeting people and speaking in public, but would rather focus all the attention on other people.

One of my Mid Year Resolutions (I figured New Year's wasn't an appropriate title anymore) was to be more extroverted. Well, since I express myself most through my style, I figured a piece of clothing out of my comfort zone would, well...bring me out of my comfort zone! (And I think its working!)

I know I'm a bit late jumping on the romper train, but I'm here to stay! I'm really diggin' the hot pink, too. Since this outfit makes such a statement, I decided to pair it with neutral wedges, my everyday bracelet trio, and these gorgeous turquoise Kendra Scott earrings. Speaking of Kendra Scott...I am completely obsessed. I recently purchased these and had to go back and get the turquoise ones too!

I just think this hot pink romper is so fun. I am already planning on wearing it to one of my sorority's date functions this fall! Have you stepped out of your comfort zone lately? Have any tips on trying to be more extroverted? I would love to know!

xoxo,
Lauren
